interview with the fashion designer Khadija Bouguedra

Hello Khadija Bouguedra first of all let me tell you that I love your first name it’s so beautiful .. Second thankx for accepting the invitation, when I saw your page and your beautiful creations I wanted to learn from you as well my friends, so allow me please to ask you those questions:
1. Tell us please more about your career and how did arrived to what you are today?
I’ve Always been fascinated by clothes making since my mom used to sew , she used to make all my cute dresses when i was young so i've started leaning really young(around 14 years old) ...since thet time i've been sewing only my clothes, and i started sewing clothes for others only since last year, so my career is starting Now
2. Why did khadija choose to be a fashion designer?
i kind of anserd that question above, so 1st it's because i love fashion ... 2nd because i'de love to make other Hijabies Happy about their look and 3rd because it's hard to find nice clothes for Hijabies in the Market
3. In your opinion how should a fashion designer be?
in my opinion a fashion designer should 1st. believe in his/herself and express his/her emotions through his/her creations...2nd. create clothes that he/ she would love to wear.... Bref pour résumer tout ca, "la mode doit être faite pour servir les femmes et non se servir d’elles" - Yves Saint Laurent-
4. Did you studied in a fashion school, and do you believe to start in this career we must go to school?
i have learned to sew and make Patterns by my own, with my mom's help, sewing Magazines (like Burda) and from the NET!!! but... now i'm studying sewing(pret a porter) par correspondence since few weeks.. so by the end of my studies i'll tell you if it's Crucial to study (at least sewing) or not
5. In this creative world from where you feed your creation and get inspired? Tell us more about your working process?
i get inspired from EVERYTHING tout et n'importe quoi!! and most of the time i design a piece, i quickly sketch it and start by making the pattern and after cutting the fabric i 80% of the time change the design dispending on the texture of the fabric or the shape of the pattern for basically i get creative IN the process of making the clothe
6. Do you like to work on one style or you prefer to make risk to work on more and deferent styles? And how you defined your style?
i'm Into "The Classy style" i usually work into that, but i also like to try other styles as well so i can reach and please the Majority of the Ladies
7. “Khadijab” why you choose Hijab?
i choosed Hijab because i'm a Hijaby at first place
8. What do you think about Algerian Hijabies ?
Algerian Hijabies rock (except some weird creatures LOL )
9. In your opinion how should a hijab look like, and what are its conditions?
in my opinion Hijab should be clean, Classy and respectful and should match with the islamic characteristics of Hijab: not too tight, not transparent and not too bright (definitely not Neon Colors )
10. What are the main obstacles you faced in your way? And what are the benefits you gain?
the main problem i have is TIME and second is the fabric, since we can't always find what we need or want in the market here . And concerning the benefits.. i've learned alot about fabrics, Pattern making, pattern cutting ....
11. What kind of advises you’ll give to those who are planning to enter this field?
my advice
is .. be patient and PRACTICE, PRACTICE and PRACTICE

top is a clear stretchy fabric

well this dress is made of Cotton fabric .. and
about the cut .. i played with dart's (Darts manipulation)

الفن الإسلامي وبناء الشخصية الإنسانية

يقوم المفهوم الإسلامي
للفن على التواصل الذي يستحيل فيه التناقض مع الفطرة، وهو عنصر أصيل من
عناصر الفكر يتكامل مع الأدب والاجتماع والأخلاق والدين والحضارة.. وعلى حد
تعبير العلامة أنور الجندي: "إن مفهوم الإسلام للفن، يأتي مطابقاً لفطرة
الإنسان ونزعاته وما رُكب فيه من غرائز وميول، فلم يحاول كبتها، بل أتاح له
الفرصة لتلبية ما تنطوي عليه النفس البشرية من غرائز وميول مع الاعتدال
والتوازن. فالإسلام يقبل مباهج الحياة ومتعها ما دامت لا تتعارض مع أصوله
ولا تخرجه عن دائرة الاعتدال والتوازن. فليس هناك ما يحول بين المسلمين
وبين تمتعهم بالفنون الجميلة".
ذلك لأن التصور الإسلامي
للكون والحياة والإنسان -كما يرى محمد قطب- هو أشمل تصور عرفته البشرية حتى
اليوم، لأنه التصور الذي لا يأخذ جانباً من الوجود ويدع جانباً آخر، وإنما
يأخذ الوجود كله، بمادياته وروحانياته ومعنوياته وكل كائناته، ويتصل به
اتصال المودة والقربى والإخاء.
الفن الإسلامي رؤية تكوينية
فالفن الإسلامي هو الذي
استوعب الفنون البابلية والآشورية والساسانية والفرعونية والبيزنطية
والرومانية والهندية والصينية والتركية... وأعاد صياغتها وتمثلها في صيغ
إسبانية ومغاربية وعربية وسلجوقية وعثمانية ومغولية وفارسية حديثة، وأحسن
إمدادنا برحيقها الخالص بعد أن سقاه بماء الإسلام، وأقام بناءه الجديد من
منظور إسلامي أصيل، في التصوير، والزخرفة، والسجاد، والخزف، والخط، والعاج،
والساج، والعمارة، والزجاج، والنسيج، والتطريز، والتشكيل، والتنوين،
والتكوين، والأرابيسك.. وأغنى ذلك العطاء الحضاري كله عبر امتداد المدارس
الفنية المتتابعة والمتواكبة من غانة إلى فرغانة ومن طنجة إلى جاكرتا.
ومن جملة الاستلهامات
العقائدية الصحيحة المنبثقة من روح الدين وغاية الرسالة، يتم تمثل القيمة
في المخيلة وتمثيلها في الواقع، ومن ثم يلعب الفن الإسلامي هذا الدور
العريض والعميق في المنطلق الحضاري للأمة.
فالفن الإسلامي لم يتورط
بهذا الشكل الديني الضيق، الذي ظن أن غاية الفن المقدس هي التجسيد الفني
للتاريخ المقدس. والفن الإسلامي يقيم حوارية حية نابضة، دائمة التواصل
والتفاصل بين ما سبق وما لحق من فنون، غايته منها تصوير الجمال وفق غايات
الحق وأهداف الحقيقة.
وعلى هذا فالفن في عصرنا
هذا، هو الموطد الأصيل والممهد اللائق والرافد الأول للتربية الوجدانية
والسلوكية التائهة في حياة المسلم التائه المعاصر.
ولا مراء في أن موضوع
"الفن" موضوع في غاية الخطر والأهمية، لأنه يتصل بوجدان الشعوب ومشاعرها،
ويعمل على تكوين ميولها وأذواقها واتجاهاتها النفسية، بأدواته المتنوعة
والمؤثرة مما يسمع أو يقرأ أو يرى أو يحس أو يتأمل.
ولا مراء في أن الفن كالعلم، "فهو وسيلة إلى مقصد حكمه حكم مقصده، فإذا استخدم في حلال فهو حلال وإذا استخدم في حرام فهو حرام".
فحاجة الإنسان إلى الزينة
والجمال والوجدان والحب كحاجته إلى اللباس والأكل والشرب. والمسلم المصلح
هو من يمتلك فقه المواءمة والملاءمة عن جدارة واستحقاق، ويكون مؤهلاً
لتوجيه الركب وتنوير الدرب.
الخطاب الفني السينمائي
وأما ما يتعلق بصناعة
الشريط السينمائي من اقتصاديات وبُنى أساسية -فضلاً عن المحتوى الفني
والأدبي والفكري- فيشار إلى أنها صناعة ثقيلة، تأتي في العمق من الصناعات
التنموية المستديمة. ذلك لأن السينما هي فن الترسيخ التربوي الجميل الممتع
غير المباشر، لكنه الأقوى والأبقى والأعمق أثراً، كما أنها (السينما) مهمة
ضخمة وهائلة.
يتبقى بعد ذلك أن ندرك
مدى أهمية الروافد المغذية لهذه الصناعة؛ من مؤلف، ومخرج، وكاتب سيناريو،
وممثلين، وفناني ديكور، ومونتير، وسائر أصحاب التقنيات؛ من مونتاج، ومكياج،
وإضاءة ومصور وطباعة وتحميض وتصوير وموسيقى وعرض وتوزيع ومهن أخرى مساعدة،
تفوق الثلاثين مهنة، تتكامل وتتواصل لصياغة خليط بشري وتقني، منتج للشريط
السينامائي الدّوار...
"إن كتابة النص علم،
وكتابته في صورة حوار (سيناريو) علم، وإخراجه علم، وأداءه علم، وتنفيذه
علم، وتسويقه علم... والإخراج الإذاعي غير الإخراج التلفزيوني، وغير
الإخراج المسرحي، وغير الإخراج السينمائي...
وللإعلام اليوم فنون تعد
بالعشرات تقوم عليها -أو على بعضها- معاهد وكليات، فيها دراسات عالية
وعليا. وإذا أردنا أسلمة هذه الفنون فلن يتحقق ذلك إلا بالمتخصصين القادرين
على إيجاد البدائل الإسلامية لما هو واقع الآن".
علينا إذن أن نتقن كل هذه
المفردات المكونة للخطاب الفني السينمائي، لكي نكسر الطوق ونتجاوز الحلقة
المفرغة، ونوصل صوتنا إلى غيرنا، ممن وقعوا أسرى سماسرة التزوير والتزييف
وقطاع الطرق الثقافية.
من أجل تحقيق هذه
المقاربة وذلك التوازن، غدونا بحاجة ماسة إلى الفيلم والسهرة التلفزيونية
والمسرحية والمسلسل والنشيد والرواية. لأننا بهذا -كما يرى الدكتور عماد
الدين خليل- "سنغطي مساحة فارغة من الخطاب الفني والأدبي، وسنطرد الأعمال
الرديئة ليس بمستواها الفني الصرف، وإنما بمضامينها الهابطة. وبمرور الزمن
سينحسر الأسود لكي يأخذ الأبيض مكانه فيضيق الخناق عليه، وسيجيء اليوم الذي
يجد فيه المسلم نفسه قادراً على تزجية الساعات الطيبة، قبالة أعمال أدبية
وفينة ترضي ذوقه وأشواقه بصفته مسلماً، وتلبي حاجاته الجمالية والوجدانية
بصفته مؤمناً". فإذا تدين رجل الفن، وتفنن رجل الدين، التقيا في منتصف
الطريق لخدمة العقيدة القويمة والفن السليم.
روح الفن الإسلامي
فالفنان المبدع الموهوب
هو الفارس المحبوب، الذي يحسن حرث الأنفس وريها وسقياها، وغرس القيم
والجماليات والفضائل في ثناياها في وداعة وقناعة، تهدف إلى مشروع واسع
وعريض ومعمق للتنمية الوجدانية لهذه الأمة، وفق هندسة دعوية رشيدة تبحث عن
المساحات الفارغة من الحياة لتملأها بما ينفع الناس ويمكث في الأرض. "فالفن
الإسلامي لم ينبثق من شعب معين أو بيئة جغرافية طبيعية معينة، وإنما انبثق
عن رؤية دينية معينة، وهذا هو ما شكّل الملمح المميز الفارق الذي يحيل
الفن الإسلامي فريداً في نوعه أو نسيج وحده".
وهنا ارتباط شرطي لازم بين هذا الطموح، وبين ضرورة تحقيق عدد من المقومات الأساسية، للتجسير بين أهل الفن وأهل الدعوة مثل:
• إحياء الذائقة الفنية المفقودة.
• إغناء المجال الفني بالأفكار والقصص والموضوعات الملهمة.
• تخليق جيل كامل من
المبدعين وكتاب السيناريو والحوار، ذوي التصور الإسلامي والخيال الفني
والأدبي الصحيح، المرتكز على مواهب عالية وغنية ومكتملة.
• تجميع الطاقات والمواهب الموجودة حالياً على الساحة، ومشاركتها في أعمال جماعية تحسن أسلمة الواقع وواقعية الإسلام.
وهناك العشرات من الأسئلة، التي ما زالت عالقة على محك البحث والتجريب في هذا الميدان الخطير، ميدان السينما خاصة والفنون بصفة عامة.
ولكننا نعوّل كثيراً على
عزائم المجتهدين والواعين بأبعاد القضية، الذين لن يتركونا كي نهرب، لكي
نستجير من الرمضاء بالنار، ثم نجد أنفسنا في هذا الهروب الكبير، مطالبين
بأن ندفع أجرة وقود النار وتكاليف أعباء الرمضاء في آن معاً.
هناك عوامل أصلية وفرعية،
لا يمكن تجاهلها أو الهروب منها، أو مواجهتها بحلول ساذجة، أو أفكار
سطحية، تبرز كلافتات وملصقات تسعدنا وتطامننا ونحن نقرأها لأول وهلة بضمائر
مفتعلة ووجدانات منتحلة، ونحن في ذلك كالمختبئ خلف إصبعه، وكأننا عندما
رفعنا شعار "الفن الإسلامي"، قد ملأنا الفراغ وقدمنا البديل الطيب. ونحن
أول العارفين أن هذا الشعار ليس إلا "سدّ خانة" يدوّي من حولها الفراغ
الرهيب، بل ويجلجل الخراب في كل الخانات من حولها.
القضية أكبر وأخطر وأبعد
وأعقد من هذه الحلول وتلك التصورات المريحة التي نهدهد بها أمانينا، ولكنها
سرعان ما تسلمنا إلى الحسرة والضياع، عندما نصحو من أحلامنا الجميلة
لنتخبط على الدروب والسكك، بعدما تكون الأمور قد ازدادت قتامة وتعقيداً،
ويكون عنصر الزمن قد أفلت منا، وأسلمنا إلى دوامات التردي والهوان على الله
والناس.
ونحن على يقين من أن
السينمائي المسلم، إذا وجد فإنه سيوجد لنفسه ألف وسيلة ووسيلة للتعبير عن
مكنونه ومخزونه بصورة مشبعة وممتعة وصائبة وصحيحة دينياً ومهنياً، فأهل مكة
أدرى بشعابها.
ونحن على يقين من إدراك
الأجيال الصاعدة لخطورة الموقف وضرورة الاستباق الفني، ودخول معركة القفز
على الحواجز واجتياز العراقيل وتخطي العقبات، ووضع السينما الإسلامية في
موضعها الصحيح من سلم أولويات الحركة الإسلامية المعاصرة.

In Fashion e-Club we had honor to have an interesting interview with the
great textile designer from Pakistan Mr.Hyder Khan (Jugni's Jania), to all of you who want to
be in this field it will help you, let’s see it :
Hi Mr Hyder Khan , first of all thank you for excepting the
invitation, will allow me to introduce you, Mr Hyder Khan a textile designer
with 15 years experience he worked for various big fortune companies in
Pakistan; I see in you a big passion of what you do and I want to ask you some
questions to learn from you, and I’m sure my friends do too
1. How did you started in this domain?
I would start from initial
stages when I was a beginner; I never know that I have an artist inside me.
When I went to school, initially did not get much affiliation but moving
forward gained a great interest and I really like this field. You know what,
when you like, it comes to creativity that belong to your profession and
leveraged skills set. Now I much confident that I can do everything according
to my profession even experts hesitant to do.
2. How should a fashion pattern designer be?
First of all, the designer
likes the beauty and can create ordinary things into extraordinary. It would
start from passion and my expertise is a passionate and thrilled for me even I
never count the days, nights, and even eating while I am doing my creativity.
Every time I foresee that something different I need to make like abstract that
touches the heart, inspiration, kind off grab an attention in front of everyone.
3. What are the benefits of this field?
In the modern world and world
is now global village, everyone has stance to perform and everyone like himself
to be perfect and want to show perfect. Bottom line, you got be a perfect in
your professional and keep striving, the destiny comes to the door step. I
would say, don’t go for success, go for excellence.
4. Should I go to school to learn about fashion pattern design?
Basic education is necessary
to understand the keywords of the profession. Initially we learn when came out
from school and increase the learning as much as we could, then we strive to be
the expert and generate your own publication, designs, concepts, measurements,
ideas, brain storming. I am at that level of professions now, can drive the
team of experts, pattern designing, making, etc.
5. Should I learn about printing techniques and fabric producing?
Short answer to your question
is yes, fashion clothing making in collaboration with pattern designing,
printing or fabric production.
6. Tell as more about you works, how do you get inspired or what kind of working process you choose?
Creativity and bring new ideas
into the table is always necessary, think out of the box is mandatory in my
professional, seeking knowledge and get new ideas from everyone at any time, it
sounds like a nature at sometimes you inspired by environment, belongings, etc.
Process and procedures are always keep increase the professionalism and in
modern world is much diversified and competition, so we need to think broad,
across the board in order to compete the market and enhance the professional
skills.
7. Do you work on one style or you prefer to make risk to work on more and deferent styles?
Risk goes side by side with
work and main criteria are to mitigate and make necessary actions accordingly.
Yes, I am at that level of professional can take risk and show my expertise in
front of potential customer. It is more likely to provide different ideas and
thoughts in front of the customer, to somewhat like by providing multiple
choices based on your expertise.
8. In your point of view what is the relationship between fashion illustration and pattern design?
It is more likely a family,
need and care with each other like food and spice.
9. What kind of advises you’ll give to those who are planning to enter this field?
Always keep striving, think
about the work, go for excellence not to get success, success would chase you
when you become professional designer. Talent always matters, creativity, new
ideas, different and unique style, up to the market. As to motivate the fresh
ones, it’s a great arena and learning outcomes.
